Intellectual Property Specialist
Bryan’s practice focuses on business and intellectual property transactional matters, such as contract drafting, business entity formations, and copyright and trademark issues. During law school, Bryan was a board member of the Business Law Society as well as the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He was also a member of both the Pro-Bono Honor Society and the Public Service Society, volunteering over 150 hours to pro-bono and civil service works in San Diego.
Bryan earned his Juris Doctor degree and two separate certifications in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law from California Western School of Law, completing the program in just two years. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English with two concentrations in Film and Exile studies from Florida International University.
Prior to joining Slate Law Group, Bryan worked for the National Public Radio at the Washington D.C. headquarters in general counsel as a copyright intern. Bryan transitioned to Slate Law Group to apply his contract drafting and intellectual property interests into upholding quality, accuracy, and integrity in the legal profession.
